Mike maintains an active speaking schedule for the who’s who of services, software, and hardware providers.   Over the last 25 years Mike’s area of influence has involved roles that have shaped a unique perspective of critical thinking and common sense to solving problems and developing people for both the workplace and life.  Recognized as a change agent that see’s opportunity in every situation based on a simple approach that technology is the easy part.  Mike’s current roles includes leading Strategic Initiatives at 4MorrEnterprises. Prior to founding 4Morr, Mike was the COO for Hashmap Inc, Mike had global responsibility for Strategy, Planning, and Infrastructure for Murphy Oil Corporation. Recent areas of focus include automation using Bots, AI, Machine Learning, and Inference. Multiple industry firsts leveraging strategic partnerships that center around rapid system installation of applications, hyper converged infrastructure, and SDWAN footprints.  Past roles include Portfolio Management roles at Phillips 66 and leading the Technology transformation projects to separate ConocoPhillips into two global leaders.  Additional roles included roles at Williams, Deloitte, McDonald's, Saint Francis Health System, and the oil patch.
